ANTITRUST LAW

Antitrust law regulates certain anti-competitive corporate behavior. Corporate activities and structures that consolidate economic power, create monopolies, monopsonies, and other market conditions deemed unfair often also negatively impact human rights. In some circumstances, antitrust law could be leveraged to target anticompetitive acts that also negatively impact human rights and/or the environment.
